Why see a nutritionist? What do we do?
The main role of a nutritionist is to help people achieve optimal health by providing information and advice about health and food choices.
- To support digestive issues such as IBS, IBD, bloating, indigestion, etc.
- To gain general healthy eating advice (including practical recommendations and recipes)
- To seek advice on how to support an existing health condition through nutrition
- To gain advice on healthy and sustainable weight loss, breaking weight-loss plateaus
- Menstrual Issues
- Stress and Fatigue
- Immune Health
- IIFYM/flexible dieting
Nutrition is far more involved than calories in versus calories out. Problems can go a lot deeper than just the food aspect. We will often see clients who aren’t getting results because they aren’t eating enough, or too much, have a love/hate relationship with food, or the timing and/or balance of their meals isn’t in line with their body’s optimal needs.
What do I do?
During your nutritional therapy consultation I ask you lots of questions to gain valuable insight to dietary and lifestyle factors that are contributing to symptoms and health conditions you are experiencing.

My Nutrition Philosophy
There is not a one size fits all way of eating and it is important that each client is an individual with unique needs and goals.
