During your nutritional therapy consultation I ask you lots of questions to gain valuable insight to dietary and lifestyle factors that are contributing to symptoms and health conditions you are experiencing.
I will then explain these factors to you and then we work together to make a plan with attainable dietary and lifestyle changes necessary to help alleviate your symptoms and restore optimum health.
What happens at the end of the consultation?
A comprehensive supplement plan if appropriate showing what to take and why
Recommendations for specific health tests if appropriate
Relevant patient handouts will be e-mailed such a menu planner template or specialized dietary guidelines such as FODMAPS
The cost of the supplements and health test recommendations are not included
Every year, vast sums of money are spent researching new wonder drugs and cures for our most common ailments, some of which can be prevented through diet. At Forever Nutrition we believe simple changes in our diet and lifestyle can have a profound effect on our health and wellbeing, by encouraging the body’s remarkable ability to heal itself.
The first rule of good nutrition is to pay attention to your own body and how you feel. We are all unique, and this is reflected in the foods and supplements we need to feel our best. But nutritional therapy is more than just healthy eating; it is based on scientific research into how our individual biochemistry works and how we can help to heal our own bodies and keep them at the peak of health. A qualified nutritional therapist can help you sort out what will work best for you to gain the level of health and energy you desire.
