The restriction and binge cycle will only keep going unless you stop the dieting and all the dieting mentality that comes with it. The more you restrict the harder you fall. You are binging as a side effect of the restriction.
Restriction can be a physical restriction of calories/energy and also mental restriction. Mental restriction are things such as you thinking you can't have that food as you are dieting, or that food is bad/unhealthy. Ultimately you have formed a learned behavior or habit. This CAN be unlearned. It won't be easy as you may already know, but it will be worth it!
